The Timbers of DeLand Homeowners Association is a self-governing organization to serve the “common-interest” of the Timbers community where homeowners collectively pay fees to maintain the neighborhood.  The fees cover the cost of common ground maintenance (landscape/lighting/irrigation), security, mail boxes, and other costs necessary to maintain the beautiful look of the neighborhood.

Current fees are $550 annually per homeowner.
